What does a postpartum doula actually do?

I show up on the scene at your home ready to nurture you and your family in whatever practical and emotional ways you need most.  While there I will show you and your partner expert tips and tricks for caring for your baby and yourself, answer your questions, and connect you to helpful resources for your unique situation.

Each family's needs vary, but postpartum care with me often looks like:
